Undefinable in men's words to men with no vision from God, but what is impossible for God who is able to write things in our heart?

The problem would exist for any person in any service or mass, Protestant or Catholic or other, where the person has no intimate connection with God. Jesus expressed the ideal here: "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." Matt 18:20 People...

"And he shall snatch on the right hand, and be hungry; and he shall eat on the left hand, and they shall not be satisfied: they shall eat every man the flesh of his own arm: Manasseh, Ephraim; and Ephraim, Manasseh: and they together shall be against Judah. For all this his anger is not turned...

And then again...

I like your definition of hell. People get so hung up on the words sometimes they really cannot see the forest for the trees.

Sometimes God will speak through men, but not everyone is always able to discern this. Some people I believe who were able to discern this got "weary in well doing" and arrived at the point where they were simply following the lead of men without checking with God regarding the destination...

Yes, and how many of us are also mixtures of the things of God and our own things? The new man may be there but if the old man is not yet completely dead...? The old man would like to regain the dominion he once had in us. If we quench the Holy Spirit in us more often than we follow the lead of...

Even so...! It is few places that regularly sing those old hymns any more. "And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh:" Ezek 11:19

My response to any supposed warning is to abide always in Jesus walking always in the Spirit as one of His sheep: "To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them...

Remember all of us here on this forum, dear Lord. Help us to keep You always in our minds and in our hearts as we continue to step out in faith ever closer to You while loving all of the others here as You love them.

The "teachers" of this should be those who are walking with Jesus and are also in the process of killing the old man still, are killing their own "prostitutes", the parts within themselves that still work to sell that which is not theirs to the merchants of the flesh: "He must increase, but I...

When we feel the pain so sharply in us, I expect that it is that "new man" within that is hurting within us. We remember when he approached Lazarus lying dead in the tomb, it is written: "Jesus wept." John 11:35 Jesus weeps for us when we stumble, but there He is always ready and willing to...

Raining here now! Yesterday it failed to break 100F. Only 98. This AM the rain has a wonderful cooling effect. Thank you dear Lord!

And with a very great obligation, God has an amazing gift not of inked artwork for our flesh, but of His Living Word on our hearts. The obligation on our part consists of all that we have like the widow who put all of her living into the treasury in the temple. Can we do that? "I beseech you...

And, we have not yet reached the end of our journey, Nancy! There is more yet to be received! You received another gift from Him and so did I. Just this AM, even as you received an ANSWER yesterday, so have I, today. Sometimes it is easy to describe in words our answer and sometimes it simply...

@soul man You do; or we do; or I do? Yes, looking at this one verse, it is in there: "That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world." John 1:9 This speaks not just of those who know that they have met the Master, but as it says "every man that cometh into the...

Amen! If it is the flesh on which we put the primary emphasis then we would effect reverse the words of John the Baptist: "He must increase, but I must decrease." John 3:30 "For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to...

And perhaps you never will, but if that is the Way God works, would it not be a good thing...or?

No comments on individual posts but reading along just the same with some interest. Generally I agree with @Giuliano with regard to Muslims, what the Quran says and how some do one thing while others do another. They are people just as those called Christians are people. I don't know any Muslims...
