Then you need to expound on why it was so important for 8-day-old babies to be circumcised. Do you have an answer for that - or should I just count on your usual evasion??

And again, you have proven my pont about ignorant and unstable people like you perverting the Scriptures to your own destruction (2 Pet. 3:16) . . .

No - as I told your friend bbyrd - the official title of the Catholic Church is, "The Catholic Church." Now - if you don't have any documented evidence for your erroneous title of "RCC" or "Roman Catholic Church" - just admit it and move on . . .

Call it what it is. The official title of the Catholic Church is . . . . . . . "The Catholic Church." Calling it anything else is a lie.

Yup.

I've engaged in conversations with enough with paranoid dissidents and frantic conspiracy theorists like YOU in the past to know that a lack of faith is not your only problem. Suffice it to say, I will pray for you . . .

Confessing isn't a requirement of Baptism for a child. As I have educated you guys already on numerous occasions - Baptism replaces circumcision. St. Paul uses the terms, “circumcision of the heart” and the “circumcision of Christ” (Romans 2:29, Col. 2:12-17) to describe the reality of...

To which "promise" are you referring??

No - it's worship of GOD as God. The fact that YOU reject the Real Presence doesn't make it "untrue". It just means that YOU lack the faith to believe in what Jesus said and did . . .

WHICH part do you "disagree" with?

If by "RCC", you mean "Roman Catholic Church" - what is that and when did it come into existence?? I want documented evidence and not just your anti-Catholic opinion . . .

The original purpose of images and paintings were to educate a largely illiterate world. It is estimated that about 85% of the world was functionally illiterate until the dawn of the 20th century. Again - images are not part of the prohibition in Exodus. Worshiping them as gods is what is...

Translation: "How DARE you expose my hypocrisy and ignorance."

I already gave you the Scriptural formula for Baptism. I gave you the Early Church teaching on HOW to baptize. I told you that I was born again AT Baptism. If you want to know if I remember when I was baptized - I don't as I was only about a month old. Just as Jewish boys were brought to...

WRONG. Paul uses the terms, “circumcision of the heart” and the “circumcision of Christ” (Rom. 2:29, Col. 2:12-17) to describe the reality of circumcision being a spiritually inward act, not merely an outward sign. The Old Testament type that was circumcision is now Baptism.

And the fact that YOU go around judging people hearts let's the rest of use know that you are a wolf in sheep's clothing. Matt. 7:16 Ye shall know them by their fruits.

And again . . . 2 Pet. 3:16 Some things in these letters are hard to understand, things the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction (You), as they also do to the rest of the scriptures.

I've already explained to you that a person is baptized with Water and the Holy Spirit - as Jesus prescribed in John 3:5. Total immersion or pouring were BOTH acceptable. We read this int he 1st century document, The Didache (Teachings of the Twelve Apostles). Didache, chapter 12: And...

The prohibition was not against the creation of images - but the WORSHIP of them as gods. ALL 3 verses pertain to the same Commandment. God later told Moses to build the Ark with 2 Golden Cherubim on top (Exod 25:18). He also told Moses to make a Bronze Serpent and place it on a pole so that...

2 Pet. 3:16 Some things in these letters are hard to understand, things the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction (You), as they also do to the rest of the scriptures.
