    The Inquisitions

For as much "lol-ing" as you do - you sure haven't learned much on this forum, have you?? A Roman Catholic is a person who "accepts the Rites of the RCC"?? That is a redundantly-ignorant statement. How many Rites do I have to accept?? What is the "RCC"??

    The Inquisitions

And what do you mean by "Roman Catholic"??
  3. BreadOfLife

    The Inquisitions

Not at all. Just trying to find out what is meant by these terms.

Once Saved....always Saved - Results of Questionnaire.

This is incorrect. God does not and has never created one single person just to condemn Him. 1 Tim. 2:4 tells us explicitly that God wills the salvation of ALL people and that ALL come to a knowledge of the truth. Luke 22:3 tells us WHEN the devil entered into Judas. Your position is unscriptural.

    Baptism question that seems unbiblical

Pay attention. As I already explained to you - the "See" is the Diocese. If Cardinal Dolan of New York sent a letter to the Diocese of Los Angeles, he would be sending it to the "SEE" of Los Angeles. Ignatius of Antioch sent his letter to the "SEE" of Rome. WRONG. Clement commanded the...

    The Inquisitions

Ummmm what is a "Roman Catholic"?? What is the difference between a "Roman" Catholic and a Catholic?? What is a "Roman Christian"?? If you cannot correctly answer these questions - then you're just blowing more of your patented hot wind . . .

    Baptism question that seems unbiblical

Uh huh - and another word for "denial" is "Lie" . . .

Once Saved....always Saved - Results of Questionnaire.

Pay attention, sparky. I never said that Judas had "no truth" in him. That was said by mjrhealth in post #305. As to your final statement - that has been my point ALL along. Judas HAD faith and fell away. Thank you for agreeing with me that OSAS is a man made farce . . .

    The Inquisitions

The Tree in the Garden of Eden was the Tree of the KNOWLEDGE of good and evil. It wasn't a Tree that CONTAINED evil. BIG difference. Gen 1:31 tells us that God created everything and that it was ALL GOOD. Sin is NOT good. It is rebellion against God's perfection. 1 John 3:4 states that...

Once Saved....always Saved - Results of Questionnaire.

You completely dodged the question, so I'll ask it again: You believe that Judas, who had NO truth (Jesus) in Him cast out demons by his OWN power?? You believe that LOST people can cast out demons and heal the sick in Christ's name??

    Baptism question that seems unbiblical

Ummmm, first of all - the term "See" simply refers to a Diocese or a Bishopric. Ignatius was writing to the Diocese (See) of Rome. As for Clement, tell me - why was he even involved in the disputes of the Church at Corinth if he had no Authority?? Answer: He got involved because He was in...

    The Inquisitions

Let me put it to you this way: Did God invent the airplane - or was it the Wright brothers? Did God invent the telephone - or was it Alexander Graham Bell? God gave them the MEANS to invent these things. Did God create spaghetti? Did God create pornography? Did God create the internet? Did...

Wrong. Saul was cut-off by God. God refused to have contact with him as we read in verse 8. For Samuel to have contact with Saul, it would be ONLY by the power of God that Samuel could have contact with anybody.
  15. BreadOfLife

Once Saved....always Saved - Results of Questionnaire.

Then, you believe God, who refused to have contact with Saul to be a liar.

    Baptism question that seems unbiblical

First of all - Kung's statement above in RED illustrates a man who is trying to defend his anti-Catholicism by presenting his would-be "pedigree" for dissenting against the Church. The above underlined text in BLUE is evidence of the Church's realization that Kung was a dissident Catholic - not...

I didn't say that Judas had "no" truth in him. That is what mjrhealth is saying.
  18. BreadOfLife

Once Saved....always Saved - Results of Questionnaire.

First of all - the Bible doesn't say that the Witch of Endo conjured up Samuel. It says that she conjured up a spirit that Saul PERCEIVED to be Samuel. Saul made up his own mind that this deceitful spirit of a old man was Samuel (1 Sam. 28:14). Verse 8 tells us that God refused to communicate...

    The Inquisitions

First of all - God doesn't make mistakes or "oops". He is perfect and His will is perfect (Matt. 5:48). Secondly - before Adam had a chance to do evil - it already existed with Satan. Finally, just because God judges what is evil and what is not - that does NOT mean that He created evil. 1...
