The faithful and the saints: Bringing Calvinism and Arminianism together.

A child of God can not lose salvation period. An apostate was never saved, John said they were never of us If your depending on your ability or power not to walk away from God and reject him. Then your faith is in your ability. Not Gods ability to keep you from falling.

Nope. Its your warped understanding James is clear. What does it PROFIT a person if the CLAIM to have faith, yet have no works, CAN THAT FAITH SAVE THEM? The answer is no. Why? Because it is not faith, it is dead, It is mere belief. If it was living breathing saving faith, it would produce...

How to be Saved - The ONLY way to Become Born Again...

Yeah it must. And God draws all people to himself. In fact. He convicts the world of sin righteousness and judgment. God will draw by using many things, Creation (romans 1) the word. Other christians, the conviction of speaking to you in your heart. You still have to make a decision to become...

The faithful and the saints: Bringing Calvinism and Arminianism together.

Well if their faith is in Christ and his promise. why do they insist we can lose salvation. Is it because they are at war with calvinists and do not even want to make it appear they agree on a doctrine. Or is it because they are in reality trusting themselves in whatever they think must be done...

How to be Saved - The ONLY way to Become Born Again...

The tax collector Got on his knees. unable to even look up. There is a perfect example of a sinner making a free will choice to chose to call out To God for his mercy

Sadly many will end up on the wrong side. Because they worried what it meant to them, and not what it really meant A cigarette is a cigarette whether it be called a fag, a smoke, a stick or whatever you call it. Now if your called a pipe a cigarette, jut because that is what it means to you...

THINGS HOPED FOR IN THE HOPE OF ETERNAL LIFE, WHICH GOD, WHO CAN NOT LIE, PROMISED BEFORE TIME BEGAN Titus 1: 2 Thats the hope one has for faith in God. that he gives what he promised. that our life will be eternal lith him, not eternal death. You got James all messed up. James did not refute...

the kingdom? I am talk about prophecy Jesus said at that time there will be great tribulation such as never seen before or after that time, And it would be so great if he did not put an end to it. No flesh would survive. That did not happen in AD 70, It has not happened yet.

    I'm a non-Christian, where can I post?

This makes no sense He so loved human beings he came to die for us While we were yet sinners While we were his enemy. You will not become Christ my friend. The best you can hope for is to be adopted into his family. and have him grow you to become like him

Nope. John did not lie. I am just quoting what he said, and what the author of Hebrews said So you are claiming they are partially correct. 1. Hope is not seen, If your basing your hope on obedience, you are basing it on the seen (your works) not the unseen (The hope that the work is good and...

That was worse than WW1 and WW2? I can not agree here. It has not happened yet. Plus, it was supposed to end when Christ himself returned. As he stated in Matt 24.

Who Falls From Grace & Who Falls Short Of It?

amen, He wants those who have not yet completed in the spirit to complete it. Not in the flesh.

The faithful and the saints: Bringing Calvinism and Arminianism together.

Do Armenians teach salvation can be lost? I have yet to meet one (I have only met a few mind you) and they all believe salvation can be lost. One of their biggest arguments against calvinisim is the fact Calvinists think salvation is eternally secure. Which they reject. I have disagree free...

The faithful and the saints: Bringing Calvinism and Arminianism together.

I am not talking about perseverance. I am talking about where ones faith is placed. A Calvinist places their total faith in Christ An Armenian by definition has to place faith in self. Otherwise. There could be no loss of salvation possible.

I am sorry my friend I can not agree One side teaches salvation can be lost, its based on what we do The other side teaches salvation can not be lost because it is not based on us. They teach two different gospels.

    Secure Eternal Salvation

Anyone who thinks faith is simply belief does not understand faith Mere belief will not work. Because it has no trust. It will fail, it will fall away. Faith is an assurance.. Where as belief is just knowledge Many believe in Christ, very few actually are persuaded in Christ.
