Indeed! God made a Way to partake of the right Tree, the Tree of Life, after the gate was closed to men due to the disobedience of Adam and Eve. What Jesus did was reopened the closed gate, but a person who tried to enter in with an improper garment could not partake to the Tree of Life: "And...

The blood of the Body of Christ will remain within us in spite of attacks and injuries to the physical body.

Not to everyone!

No presumption for you perhaps, but for me it would be. Again on this point I stand where I stand, but I believe that I am growing. This is what every believer should be doing... growing closer to God. Give God the glory as He increases each of us as we open up our hearts to Him.

Well you must stand where you do and follow whatever it is that you see. I was not there for those Councils so I won't speak against you, but you should not expect me to speak for you based on man's written history. I've been accused here of not believing in history, but that is not so. I simply...

Why are there so many people moving in all different directions with regard to the secular things as well as with regard to the things of God? Why was it necessary to confuse the languages at Babel? Why was it necessary to save a small remnant on the ark built by Noah? People essentially...

Generally I agree although I am more cautious about agreeing on the specifics. People like being on the winning side. They like being assured of the best that God has for them with the least amount of effort or loss of what they would call "fun" things. They want to ride the fence while...

The presumption on your part is in what the Church is. You apparently believe it, but that does not leave those who do not with no recourse. If it really were the Church rather than just another one of the churches, then you might be correct, but then that would be saying that all of the...

I am certainly not against discussions between people of different opinions, beliefs, etc., but when I see long posts on one particular doctrine or another repeatedly, I, after a cursory glance, will move on without even taking the time read further. They are not helping much, if any, the cause...

I don't say that. The Body is established by the Head according to those who have been called and have responded to that call to be a part. The Body's Head is Jesus. The connection to the Head is the Holy Spirit. We will work together with other parts of the Body as the Head directs through the...

@Philip James We most certainly may need to listen to anyone who speaks what God says through them, but we still have to listen to and obey the God in us as we are directly along out own course in Him. Paul heard the true prophets warn him against the pain and suffering he would encounter if...

Jesus has been given power, but not to do what even the Father will not do... that is, force a man to obey Him. God gave that authority to each one of us. It remains ours until we surrender it to Him. It is our choice to surrender it to Him or not. Who is there to rule when no one had...

@Frank Lee and the Mrs. Happy Anniversary!

The proof is certainly in the heart where God has written it.

"What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?" Rom 8:31

Oh yes, it was the main event on our local Oklahoma news.

"Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I say, Rejoice!" Phil 4:4

Of course we should respect and obey those we KNOW have legitimate authority over us. Then in the things of God people do get into disputes as to who has such authority, if anyone, and who decides if someone has such authority other than God alone. You may know who you respect or to whom you...

I am simply praying for God to keep His hand on the President and to accomplish His will through the President.

Thank you for your consideration. Give God the glory!
