@biloqewu By the way, I did click on your link, but I only read a few pages as it was way too long for me to take the time to read carefully. Some of what I read was good, but some I definitely would question based on my own beliefs according to scripture. Don't give up on everyone here. If...

Indeed to be sons of God we must suffer chastisement [Heb 12:8], but don't expect that a lot of people on this forum detest you. Also don't be surprised if some on this forum fail to read what you would like them to read or fail to support exactly what you believe. The world of men is full of...

The apostle Paul when he was known as Saul was a student of the Bible, but for all of that he had nothing of worth to offer the many he contacted with all his education. Then he met Jesus. After meeting Jesus he wrote these words: "Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I am more; in...

@Mayflower Praying for you as per request.

Give God the glory!

@Mayflower I wasn't here to see this earlier, but I am praying for the situation now.

So more is available to us, but that does NOT put us ahead of anyone who came "before", does it? "But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed...

When Peter walking on water began to sink something negative seemed to have a hold of him as well, but then he called out to Jesus and the Lord took him by the hand. Call out to the Lord for He loves you as He loved Peter. Praying for you.

Perhaps you are there because that's where God wants you to be. I am not there at all. I believe I am where He wants me doing what He wants done. My focus on this forum is at best secondary. May God help us all to be where He wants us and when He wants us.

Give God the glory!

But is the middle between those two where we really want to be or where God wants us to be? When I consider the middle the following verses always comes to mind... but then I ultimately see no solution in men's politics in any case: "I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would...

She says she feels like there is a great weight on her chest. She is afraid there may be an infection of some kind getting started. Of course, although she doesn't want to admit it, she is worried about the tests results. I am certain we'll get profuse apologies on Tuesday, but it is so...

I will most certainly tell her. She is also praying for you.

Yes, the mucus plug you mentioned was the better alternative suggested even though as you say it could be nasty. Much better than the scope and tumor route. The breathing tests she has had since her blood clot in April of 2016 have been successively worse. Thanks to you Helen and to all of...

Thanks to everyone for their prayers. The doctor's office was supposed to call today, but never did. Now I guess we won't hear about the test results before Monday.

This past Tuesday I went with my wife for her regular check up with the pulmonologist. He took an X-ray which showed some kind of a spot inside one lung, which he says could be one several different of things. He sent her for a Cat scan to more clearly identify any problem. Today we are supposed...

I am continuing to pray for you Helen. Hopefully God will provide you with relief from the anxiety as well as improvement in the AFib. I have had the same trouble with two episodes since December, but nothing so serious or continuous as yours. Let us pray for one another as well as for my wife...

Yes most of the dead are going to remain dead, but it should never be because we, those of us who are supposed to love God, have been ignorant or lazy or unavailable. God always has at least few to provide help to those who are really hungry and thirsty for His righteousness. That there are not...

We are all confused in some measure until we have overcome all of our world as Jesus did. Who else has done it? Gives a clue as to where Babylon is today, eh?

I would not listen too closely to everyone who is speaking the negative as if they know it all. They don't. Only God does. Listen closely to what God speaks to your heart. Then here I go speaking too. At our age our physical bodies are likely to simply be wearing out, but we have something...
