@tori79 Welcome to the forum.

I am happy with what God hath done! Should I need more?

I do really hope that this is not true.

It is a wonder to even think that there might be.

"For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God." Deut 4:24 "For our God is a consuming fire." Heb 12:29

Meaning that you do not understand what he posted. It is really OK to admit that sometimes you simply do not understand. Is your understanding of God perfect? Mine certainly is not, but then I admit that He is still working on me. Watch our friend @ScottA and you may learn something good that...

And now it is the pot calling the kettle black. No mysteries here, are there?

You know a while back on one of your threads you mentioned that his name had been removed in 7000 places. I asked you what the source of your information was but your only answer was that I should start another thread to ask the question. You hold yourself out as having so much knowledge and...

"The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding." Prov 9:10 "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction." Prov 1:7

Remember my friend that you and I are also included in this verse with regard to who is unable to direct his own steps: "O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps." Jerem 10:23

Thank you for your answer. We disagree. It is likely not your imagination, but rather that which you have gleaned from the beliefs of others. It may be true that many of them do not follow Jesus or even make a serious effort to do so... but there are exceptions, so you should at least mention...

The "Living water" is equal to the Holy Spirit for the new inner man. Physical water [H2O] is necessary for the man of flesh. Of course you believe that John 14:26 is not addressed to me, so we have a serious communication problem, you and I.

Since you did not specify, I am not certain what it is you are asking me about? Please clarify!

When we were still too young and still had not the means or ability to prevent making dirty diapers, then God was a good parent and did what was necessary. But... when the child has come of age and the capabilities have been developed to do such things for himself, how much patience will God...

If that is what you believe my friend. What if I John 3:2 is speaking of when he finishes his work in us prior to our physical demise so that he is appearing then in us? Jesus did overcome the world prior to going to the cross and dying. Who would seriously deny the possibility of us doing the...

Yes, and some are paying for some things strange to me and I would believe also quite strange to God.

Welcome to the forum. Likely some here as well will not "hear" what you are saying. Just keep on trusting God and following Him no matter what anyone else does or does not do.

Here's where I see the necessity of recognizing that we are all double-minded until all of the "old man" of us has been killed. "From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?" James 4:1 John the Baptist put it like this: "He...

"In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations." Rev 22:22 Did not Jesus our perfect example yield all 12 of the...

The ones who need to really fear Him are the ones who don't really know Him at although they have sometimes convinced themselves that they do.
