Not at all. The Church was not founded on Peter the rock, but rather on the revelation of Jesus as The Son of God, that Peter realized. Jesus is the "cornerstone", not Peter. Jesus is the Rock... 1 Corinthians 10:4 “And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual...

WB is a beautiful symbolism. Taking communion is a beautiful symbolism. The words "i baptize you in the name of the Father and the Son, and the Holy Spirit", have no power to do anything, as this is not the Gospel. The Gospel is not me holding you underwater while i say that while you hold...

What you believe is very strange, as ive been to the Sea of Galilee, and ive walked along the River Jordan. Ive been all over Israel, including all the "sea's". Take it from me, its ALL just water.... So, to be baptized in them 34 times, doesn't change the first one.....and none of them have...

Your theological history is amended to teach the Catholic Version. No bible teaches that Peter was a pope, or that he ordained anyone as a pope. This is "theological fiction" being drooled on a Christian forum. So, thank you for showing us what is the "revised history" of the Catholic Church...

You can keep saying im being dishonest, but, it didnt help you the last 40 times, and its not going to help you the next 50, BreadofLife. But, its all you have, so, its what we expect. Now...Here is your reality... This is.....>Jehovah Witness Teaching.. and you'll recognize it as being...

You just told me that my "faith is pretended"....so, that isn't attacking my theology, that is attacking my faith... as being pretended. Pretended faith, is this.......its when you are not born again, but you have mistaken some church related activity, such as being water baptized as proof you...

Water has no magic power that can justify you or sanctify you, or save you. Water cults teach that it does, but the Cross teaches that it does not.

Let me stop you right there. Ok? 1.) there is NO Original text. There is NO Original Greek manuscript... = ZERO......there are fragments, and there are the dead sea scrolls, but there is NO ORIGINAL Greek texts, extant. So, when you hear someone say......>"but if we look at what it says in...

God loves everyone. He sent His Son for all of us. Being homosexual is not to be found committing the unpardonable sin. And being extremely mentally ill, to the point where you allow yourself to be castrated and socially redefined, as "Trans", is not to have committed the unpardonable sin. In...

Is this Mormon or JW theology you are pasting here? As its certainly not Christian. Listen, there is no 1000 yr "trial" for "those who have done evil"..... There is only this...... John 3:36 = Revelation 20:11 If you die a Christ rejector, never having been born again on this earth, as Jesus...

Im born again, so, my faith is accepted by God, quite a few years ago. Im "made righteous"., as that is the eternal result of being "justified by faith". I have the "gift" of God, exactly like all Saints who are born again. God didnt pretend to accept my faith in Christ, and i dont pretend to be...

Lets look at it again.. Peter when preaching at the Jewish Feast of Pentecost, 1.) The gift of the Spirit was poured out on Peter and the 120, and that was BEFORE he preaches. As a matter of fact, the first thing he tells them is an explanation for why he is speaking in tongues.. Notice, he...

So are you saying that you believe that WATER caused the= "remission of your sins"?

Actually with 300+ "new bibles" and all worded slightly different.......>the "being exact", regarding verses, its not really possible, as 50 people here, are probably using a different bible, which shows these verses, semantically slightly different. So, what you have to do is know what you are...

Notice "if tho BELIEVEST with all thine heart".......THEN, you may be water baptized. So, the BELIEVING comes first, and that is when God saves you....."Grace through Faith"....."As many as believed in Jesus, God gives them POWER to become the Sons of God".. See that? That is God accepting...

That verse is speaking of the "gifts and callings'... So, for example, thats related to being "called" into the ministry. And that verse is always speaking of "The Gift of Salvation"...which isn't something a person can get rid of, as this is a BIRTH. Its a spiritual BIRTH, that is the Gift, and...

Not at all. See, noone is "saved by water" so, its impossible for me to "think" they are.. However, there is "water cult" theology that teaches that the "water washes away you sin", which is a lie. And this same water cult theology teaches that its necessary for you to be immersed or sprinkled...

And one more. I left one out who is also amazing.. This is Mary of Egypt. Let me just quote the bio... """"She began her life as a young woman who followed the passions of the body, running away from her parents at age twelve for Alexandria. There she lived as a harlot for seventeen years...

I was just reading more about St. Francis. He is my favorite "saint", with Hildegard of Bingen and Jeanne Guyon, being my others. In fact, You might investigate the writings of Hidegard and Jeanne, .... especially Jeanne, as this Saint was very prolific regarding the topic of prayer and inner...

If you are born again, then you have >received< 3 Gifts from God that are eternal gifts. These Gifts are more then just gifts, they are become a part of you. They exist in you, and you exist as them. You are Spiritually Bonded into them, and you dwell within them, because you are born again...
