Well my friend if you are right then things are easier than Jesus says that they are. "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which...

********************************** No one could overcome until Jesus cleared the way. First Jesus had to overcome the temptations of his own flesh to qualify to pay the price. He did overcome and then he did pay the price. As a result there was then Way into the Gate guarded by the flaming...

Very good! You answered the question: "What does it meant to believe?', but what about the other question: "And can believer in God us stop being a believer? Now re-read my post #1310. By the way, sealing in the natural is what my mother used to do with the vegetables and fruits picked from...

Then give God the glory!

I am talking about believing. What does it mean to believe? And can believer in God us stop being a believer?

@GISMYS_7 Hopefully you are preaching this message on some non-Christian forums, where you are more likely to find unbelievers.

And, of course, no one has ever changed what they believed. What was that Adam and Eve believed before they sinned? What did they believe afterward? If you say that things were different then, are you not saying that God is a respecter of persons? "Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a...

Carry on my friend for there nothing you have written that is new. Some of what you have written is certainly true. Probably you are closer than many ministers of today in the larger traditional churches, but don't let that swell up your head. Jesus came without sin and grew. We also must grow...

Changing as needed, I hope... I started as trinitarian [Catholic] and went on to Oneness, Jesus Only. From there I stopped following so carefully what my pastors or other ministers said. I am now none of those. I am reading here on this thread what people are writing including yourself. For...

It is usually not so easy to offend me, but sometimes when people attack my beliefs without reasonable reasons, my flesh rises up. I am asking God to help me overcome that. I am not saying that you have done that.

What if we cannot find a mutually agreeable answer here on this thread? Consider that mostly I would be on your side here, but if God shows us a different way, then that is the Way we have to go, right?

I hear you sister. Sometimes I am led to do things that I don't want to do. Hopefully when I am it will always be God leading me. For when it is not, I need to be corrected.

No! That is, I do not embrace any of the trinity descriptions I have read here. Why would you ask such a question on a tread entitled" "What is the trinity"?

Who am I to point out anyone else's errors? I can only do it when God shows me. I will only know He is showing if I am always listening and understanding. A lot of people do speak mixed messages. I hope that you never do that. I issued only a warning, not a condemnation.

No, they never taught that.

Be careful @101G for does not the scripture say that "every man is a liar". Indeed all of us have lied, and anyone who is now wrong in any of his pronouncements of the things of God is presently a liar. Are you now always correct?

It sounds like what they taught me in the UPC. Hmmm? Non-aligned People usually refer to it as "Oneness, Jesus Only"

Perhaps physically older people are more likely to be spiritually mature. This of course, is not a hard and fast rule, but when a person has had more years in which to serve God he should have been growing. This means more of Jesus and less of self. Self is what leads us to sin. In our little...

Very good twinc. You and I so seldom seem to be on the same page.
