Yes I do understand this is all Spiritual very much so. And also doesn't sin always start with a thought? Hence the reason for God's full armor for protection? Of course it's all Spiritual!

We are in a constant battle against evil. Have you ever out of nowhere had a thought pop into your mind that you know wasn't from God? The transforming and renewing of your mind goes along with your walk with the Lord, it's a preparedness right along with putting on the armor of God.

What about Faith without works is dead? The Spirit produces fruit that we use with our walk, doing so we serve God. Is that legalism or works as you say? If we think doing good works will get us into Heaven on our own merits that's different.

Why did the apostle Paul tell us to put the armor of God on for protection? I do believe he used God's armor as well as transforming and renewal of the mind.
