I am! Thank you so much.
It was my honor about a month ago to answer my 5 yo granddaughter's question of who is Jesus. She heard his name but never had it explained who he is. Today, she was a bird flying around the house by flapping her wings as I carried her from one room (Michigan) to another room, Florida, where she was "Hivernating." Too cute!
Earlier in the day, exchanged some emails with the leader of the local church's Men's Group I recently joined after moving from Ohio on Luke 2. After dinner, the granddaughter put rubber bands on our ankles as we walked like a 3-legged race to jail (bed). She wanted her mother, my daughter, to join the chain gang. No dice! (Party pooper). It's the time of my life.
I pray the memory I make for her is that I was a man of deep love who lived joyfully, a joy that comes from the Lord.
