Instead of it saying ICE has the Authority over the States, it changes it to, the State has an (Option) to comply.
This was under Clinton, But the Republicans controlled the House. Newt Gingrich, Contract with America.
Republicans controlled the Senate too.
So This ICE or Immigration and Customs Enforcement has Jurisdiction over States as it stands right now unless it gets amended.

But nobody has even mentioned it for the last 30 years and it was never implemented.

Brother I happened to come across a false prophetess on You-tube yesterday.....she was predicting that believers and unbelievers would unite to somehow usher in a great move of God or words to that effect. So many Christians were supporting her video. I left a comment reminding them of the scripture that says we are not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers etc....so far nobody has 'liked' it. Maybe it will take time to sink in for some, but it's sad to see that so many seem to not know or understand what the bible teaches. Yes, it will sadly lead to their destruction if they dont get off that path. For lack of knowledge God's people perish.
