pretty much, yes. they allowed Hitler to take power.
No country is following God that I know of.. so it is kind of hard to complain about the leaders. Although I think if the US presidential race went the other way. this would and the US would be in a much darker place right now
Out of 340 million people, the only candidates : Trump and Harris.
Boggles the mind.
For such an important country having the position of "the police man" of the world.
Both bad choices.

I used to believe the US or actually AMEREICA was not mentioned because there were so many christians the rapture took most of us and left us with nothing.
Now I believe we will be destroyed because the world hates us because we are evil and arrogant
A country might face trouble because of evil leaders.
But God's salvation applies to individuals based on their personal faith in Jesus Christ and a spiritual rebirth.
Australia is connected into the Worldwide Prayer network, but when I have pointed out that Christians need to humble themselves and that the Christian Prayer Network should lead all of the Christian community to the point of repenting our collective sin, so that God will hear from heaven and He will heal our land because that is His promise.
So no, Australia collectively has not humbled themselves and repented our Sin of turning away from God. The Pray Network is still leading us to act God like by tinkering at the edges trying to change the laws of the land so that the "Christians" can feel better about their circumstances.
True we both do not have a clue what people do at home, but 2 Chron 7:12ff requires a collective repentance of all who are called by God's name.

Perhaps Daniel 11 may provide a prophetic clue as to what was happening during WW2 and in the Russia socialist democracy.
Daniel 11:33-35: - 33 And those of the people who understand shall instruct many; yet for many days they shall fall by sword and flame, by captivity and plundering. 34 Now when they fall, they shall be aided with a little help; but many shall join with them by intrigue. 35 And some of those of understanding shall fall, to refine them, purify them, and make them white, until the time of the end; because it is still for the appointed time.
Sadly, Israel, including the "Church," are still trying to fix "things" in their own strength and this will continue until we see the kings of the earth gathering at Armageddon, when the visitation of the father's sins/iniquities upon their children and the children's children has run until the completion of the fourth age of the existence of the Israelites.
Then God will once again incline His eyes and His ears towards the nation of Israel and will begin gathering those that have a heart after His own heart to Himself and He will plant them in His fertile Soil/Field and will teach them about the rock that will come down out of heaven in our near future during the time of the kings who formed the fifth segment of the Daniel 2 Statue Prophecy when they entered into the Land of Babylon in an attempt to exercise their dominion over the Land of Babylon.
The mess we are seeing in the world, is just not in the White house, it is a global problem.
