I'm not thrilled with some things trump has done since he took office this last time. BUT IN CONTEXT- your quote doesn't mean any thing like you take from it.
Trump stated that he does not consider Americans' financial situations when negotiating with Iran, emphasizing that his primary concern is preventing Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon.
What say you- should he be more concerned with pocketbooks or stopping them from nuking us with our fat pocketbooks in hand? That's all he meant.
Whether you agree with Iran wanting to nuke us isn't up to us to decide is it? That's what presidents are for- like him or not.
A Black woman reporter who dared ask about his White House ballroom project:

The question was about cost, accountability, and hypocrisy.

Sister, Iran has had a religious fetwa for decades against having nuclear weapons. The US killed the religious leader who set that fetwa in place. Now, his son is in leadership... a man whose family members were murdered by the US.
Their uranium is only the grade that is used for certain things, like medical/pharmaceutical. They haven't produced the grade of uranium that is used in nuclear weapons. I may be working this wrong, but the facts are there. Other countries, like the United States, have nuclear weapons. Both Israel and US are threatening to use nuclear weapons ...but not Iran. There isn't and never has been a nuclear threat from Iran. This is Trump moving at the behest of Netanyahu.

Sorry but I dont think for one moment that you- me or any of us know the whole truth about much. We hear this and we hear that but people lie all of the time. So- to you Iran is a sweet country who doesnt want to kill anyone.
Iranian leaders were total monsters that much I do know from Iranian people who fled. Yes they did want to destroy Israel and yes they call us the great satan. You may agree with that last one- idk but coming from these psycho antichrists -it's rich.
Even the arab nations around them don't like them.
I know you people despise Trump but not everything he does is wrong. He isn't a war president- he is into money- he would love to get rid of these wars and focus elsewhere. He cant. They have him by the u know whatz. Whatever grade their uranium is- needs to stay there- that's the point. They do have powerful allies with nukes who can gladly help the acquire anything they need like Russia and China who would sell us if they had to in a heartbeat.
I am not about to get into an argument with anyone over Trump. I don't agree with his AI stuff or his medical AI or his vax- he is in too deep with these people. I hate it all and not happy with him. BUT he is a far cry from a kamala or joe or obozo! I can't imagine what we would have on our hands with them. So it is what it is- I will take it. No, I didn't say that. But people in the military, and retired military, have stated that this war isn't warranted. Trump has never served in the military ...nor his family members. He's a liar and a draft dodger. His and his family's net worths have skyrocketed since being back in the WH while the world reels from inflation and fuel shortages over a needless war. I didn't say I agreed with everything Iran does. But we don't have a right to target babies, school children, emergency workers, civilians, energy plants, eater treatment facilities ...those are war crimes, let alone evil and immoral.
I do know how the elite cult works. And I do know several of Trump's victims under MK Ultra and human trafficking. I know people who have never gone public and likely never will. I also personally know the people who had to work on the interior of his personal aircraft who said it wreaked of human excrement. That isn't normal .....unless you're transporting humans in cages and doing other nefarious things. They told me it smelled like the US Marshall's plane. The owners of the facility who did his plane ...none other than his buddies and biggest supporters, the Adelson family.
