How ironic/poetic that the pope sits on a throne with an inverted cross and satanists also treasure this upside down image of Christ to MOCK GOD.

You don't really seem to be doing that. Years ago, that was telling to me that a church would make an issue about the actual construction of the cross.

As I stated when I speak about it, I call it a stauros, since that is what the Bible said Jesus died on. It is defined by definition to be an upright pole, or stake.

Did you look at my initial response to the posters question? From that point on I simply addressed whatever concerns individuals had responding to me. There is a point when I have covered the topic well and there is no point in continuing, at that point I simply stop responding as we have simply came to a point of disagreement.

the whole business of 'Bible forum' consists of so much arguing and bickering and leads to such bitterness sometimes, because this thing goes missing: the thing in which we all have fellowship, faith in Christ and the work He has done - not only is it the 'glue' by which we should all be held together, but following it through resolves 90% of the common repeated arguments that websites like this are constantly full of

All real believers understand this. It's a waste of time to try to explain this to unbelievers.

Yet there are Jehovah's Witnesses all over these forums, denying the divinity of Christ and wasting our time on a regular basis.

What I can't understand is people arguing over the shape of a cross... LOL... The things that people like to argue about never ceases to amaze me... and all this does is DISTRACT from the ONE who DIED and SHED HIS BLOOD on that CROSS.... but then again... Christians can't seem to agree on HIM either.
