Looking at the picture, I immediately think that I was naïve and pure in my childhood, with a simple and honest heart. But now I find that my heart is growing smaller and smaller and becoming complex and dishonest like the man in the picture. When what passed becomes the past, and the past children are no longer children, how many of us who’ve grown up can still remain as simple as we were in our childhood? On such a long life journey, I’m afraid whether one day my heart will disappear and I will no longer be me. At that time, where shall I go to find my heart and soul and get the simple and naïve me back?
This song is very moving.
