Pastor Lucas Miles shines a light on the wokeism invasion by the Progressive movement and the dangers of it corrupting the Church. So He is pleading with Pastors everywhere to make a pledge to protect against this movement. Not only would this be like a security check at the doors, a message delivered at the pulpit of every church, but also the message that goes out with the gospel to the world. It will be challenging for many. But this is what Jesus is saving us from, sinful and worldy ways that we are cautioned not to conform to.

Key points targeted in this pledge are:

"We recognize God’s created order, in making male and female, determined by divine imprint, genetically encoded at conception and changeless."
"We affirm Christian marriage, defined by one man and one woman united by God in holy matrimony."
"We believe that our identity in Christ isn’t based on ethnicity, skin color or socio-economic status, but faith in the name of Jesus, and his free gift of righteousness."
"We want to ask pastors to stand against this, including all the iterations of the LGBT and trans movement."

"We're asking pastors to stand with us in signing this statement, which seems like a no-brainer."
"Pastors, make a commitment not to promote or allow various forms of wokeism in your pulpit — whether that be globalism, critical race theory, Marxism, Socialism, and the long list of evils contained in this wokeism ideology."

Please pass this special pledge on to your pastor/priest.

Wokeism is broader than this. It is the practice of berating a person who does not hold the same values or ideologies as yourself.

Within Church circles, the berating of others who do not hold the same "theological" understanding as the Pastor or his church is often told that they are wrong and that they need to adopt his or the church's theological understanding.

Many Pastors believe that there is a brand-new covenant, whereas I would suggest that there is a fresh perspective of the original Salvation Covenant. What has changed though is the process by which we are now able to obtain our redemption through the Salvation covenant.

Sadly, many people want to be accepted by society, i.e., the Church, and so they are willing to adopt the theological blend of the pastor and his church so that they are accepted without considering the implications of their theology blend as to whether or not the theological understanding as to whether or not it actually complies with what the Bible teaches in its pages.

Wokeism demands that people blindly respect the values that the "woke" people are promoting while they themselves have no respect for the value that other people may hold.

Wokeism has been around for many centuries and also for thousands of years.
