This passage reflects the kind of power and authority that Christians now have. Having anything we agree about being done for us if we ask for it? You can't have any more power and authority than that. Of course, it has to be according to God's will, but we still have been given much power and authority as the followers of Christ.

We are made kings and priests, however there is a proving time of being overcomers. First to rule in our own life and also to intercede for others. We will not have full function till we are with the Lord on His own throne in the highest over all God`s great kingdom.

It's sad that you and many other Christians do not understand the power and authority we have available to us right now.

I agree that the present earth and heaven (universe) will pass away. Sorry if I didn`t come over clear enough. Then note in the New heavens and New earth the New Jerusalem comes out of the highest heaven where it was, (Heb. 12: 22) to the Universal realm. (Rev. 21: 2) It is then the light over the earth. (Rev. 21: 23)

BTW It is the JW`s who believe that the believers are on the earth.

Currently the kingdoms of this world are under the influence of Satan and his fallen angels. The kingdoms of this world do not do the will of God.

In Revelation 11:15, when the seventh angel sounds, signaling the third woe to the inhabiters of the earth of Satan being cast down having but a time, times, half time left - it says...

So when Jesus returns, He brings the kingdom of Heaven to be the kingdom of God here on this earth to rule over the nations for the 1000 years in Revelation 20. And the resurrected great tribulation matyrers will rule with Him that 1000 years.

In Premill the Mill. kingdom comes after the second coming and events are completed.
