Just when our eyes grow weary
of winter's ice and snow
God sends a touch of springtime
to set our hearts aglow
The little brook is gurgling
so happy to be free
The robin's in the tree again
Singing new melodies
The grass is sprouting green
Where lately snowflakes lay;
The crocus is pushing through
Along the garden way,
The sky is turning brighter blue
The winter's on the wing
And I am , oh, so happy
With just a touch of Spring.
Beside them the birds of Heaven nest; among the branches;they sing. Psalm 104:12
This is from a book of inspirational poems that was given to me, and today I took it to read while at my cardiologist's office. As our weather was so Spring like today, I thought how fitting and I must share this with you my brothers and sisters in Christ. I pray you are inspired as much as I was. Love you all in Jesus Name.
