It reminded me of Isaiah 52:1. I remember seeing it on a site that says the word has to be wrong because there are uncircumcised in Jerusalem today.

Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for hereforth there shall no more come into you the uncircumcised and the unclean.
