I prayed for a girl last night who rang me around 11.30pm because her car had overheated and she'd found herself stranded in the wop wops [middle of no-where] with two little ones in the back. She had managed to get to a small gas station but needed to find a mechanic which is an impossible task at that time of night or even the following morning which was Sunday. You'd be hard pressed to find a mechanic or business open in rural areas on a Sunday and if you did, it would cost you an arm and a leg :wacko:

Anyway...she was 6 hours away from her intended destination and about 2am by this time so we talked about various solutions. It ended up that she would have to sleep in the car overnight and then try to miraculously find a mechanic in the morning. I also asked her to ring me if anything happened.

When I got off the phone I was worried, so I prayed. I asked God for a miracle and that he somehow send a mechanic to help her so that she would be able to get back on the road and to her intended destination. About 10 minutes later she rang me and said that while she was at the gas station, three guys turned up and all of them where mechanics. They looked over her car [without any cost to her] and she was back on the road again. As she said...

"What was the likelihood of three mechanics traveling together and stopping at that particular gas station at 2am in the morning?" ~ reminded me of the three wise men ;)

God is Good! Thank you Jesus! :lol:

I love it when God goes above and beyond in answering prayers. He could have solved the problem in many ways, but he chose to answer in a way that gives him Glory.

Yes, miracles DO happen! Especially to those who are believers. Your prayers and faith in God to help that lady who was in dire need and with her children was answered almost immediately.
