If there was ever injustice, it would be in closing the investigation on Cuomos actions without charges brought, concerning the thousands of deaths in the elderly care facilities

Yes President Trump built the Javits center spending $Millions$ fully staffed with doctors, nurses, and 2,500 beds that sat basically empty?

Add to that the Navy medical mercy ships in New Yorks harbor, that saw the same, fully staffed and empty?

Yes while these facilities sat empty, Andrew Cuomo "mandated" that infected elderly be admitted into elderly care facilities, infecting and killing "Thousands" criminal genocide?

Injustice before your eyes, Andrew Cuomo is directly a participant in pre-meditated 1st degree murder in my opinion, in genocide of the elderly, and hes gotten away with his evil deeds before the world watching?

I'm not in the US. Just an observation: since this prominent personality has been talked of as in the running for President, then clearly - leaving aside anything he did or did not do - he would be regarded by some ppl and vested interests as a legitimate target to try to discredit.

We had the same thing happen in the U.K. the government sent elderly people with covid to care homes , which then cause outbreaks , which then took more lives. Things are different now because of testing and plans are in place to prevent further outbreaks occurring once someone comes into a home from hospital.
We have about break now, but compared to the outbreak a year ago, the whole experience is totally different.
I work in a independent care home, it was the local authority homes that had the initial problems.
Not sure how that works in the US, but the government here threatened to cut funding if the care homes didn’t comply ……..

In terms of the narrow issues surrounding this incident, a closer look might even find me looking at what you say with some degree of sympathy.

However, looking also at the broader picture (from someone who is not in the US; objection: true, it's none of my business), I am supposed to agree with the way Dr James Dobson trashed John McCain in the run up to the Republican nomination in '08. Senator McCain had to spend so much time defending himself that his campaign against Obama was crippled.

My point is, beyond the immediate alleged or accurately described facts, trashing potential candidates for high office seems sadly to go with the territory. (Even though such ways may be all that some have ever known.)

Agreed. Cuomo is one of the gang of criminals presently running all governments (federal, state, provincial, local) all over the world. They are all guilty of genocide and crimes against humanity, but there is no one to arrest and prosecute these high level criminals. The courts are complicit, so are the police forces, and so are the militaries. We are looking at worldwide tyranny and criminality at the very top.

All you have to do is look at Wall Street and the candidates it prefers and the way it works.

Just one Northrop B-2 bomber cost half a billion dollars. So the clawing atmosphere among corporate types in the queue in the Senate lobby is, to say the least, fraught with tension and nebulous influences.

Anyone- anyone - running for high office is likely to face a wall of underhand pressures.

(Even if everything - everything - were proven true about the particular individual concerned.)
