Hopefully no one was hurt in this incident.

Aftermarket chips could be a problem if that is the case in the following vehicular encounter.

From hi performance to Asian drifting and beyond.

The call for USA and it's allies chip manufacturing and restriction against overseas counterfeiting operations remains a remotely potential problem for possible select devices containing them. Including custom chip encoding operations of scammer operations.

We don't need to be paranoid obviously or engage in extremism. But knowledge on such matters is wise for some.

From the article:

Using a Ukrainian interpreter, officers advised the driver of his rights. He told police he had set the vehicle on fire using a lighter, but said he did not intend to hurt anyone. He also claimed that “someone” instructed him to go to the police station and burn the vehicle, referencing a “specialist who placed a chip,” according to the probable cause document.
