1 Corinthians 1:30 (NASB)
“But by His doing you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption,”
By His doing are we in Christ Jesus. This is something that God has blessed us with. Being in Christ is the greatest and safest and most awesome place there is in all of creation, being in The Beloved. This is something scripture says even the Angels long to look into. Oh to see more clearly into this great mystery of being in The Beloved...Wisdom, righteousness, sanctification and redemption...All these things scripture says are ours by virtue of God placing us in Christ...
There is such strength and security in seeing....God by the choice of His own will has chosen to place us in Christ.. Scripture goes on to say;
Romans 5:2 (NKJV)
“through whom (Christ) also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.”
Because of our faith and hope in Him we can now rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Such hope, such blessings does our faith in Him bring.
Christ who is our salvation and our Savior has become all these things to us as per scripture. Christ who is the Author and Finisher of our faith. Oh the blessing and security the heart sees, feels and knows once it’s faith is placed in the one Who died to set them free. ...the KJV reads;
1 Corinthians 1:30 (KJV)
“But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:”
“But of Him~~ who of God”
But of Him~~ who of God, are all these benefits given to the one who turns to Him in the faith of his heart....But of Him~~~who of God, these words cause the heart to rejoice with such a hope in the one who by His own will has chosen to grant this great and awesome salvation to the fallen sons of Adam.
“But of Him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us”
The heart rejoices at such a truth.
Be blessed all for by His doing are we in Christ Jesus. Let our hearts turn to Him in full assurance of faith, and hide ourselves in our deaths in Christ, Not me
