I do not have a problem with students (with their parents' permission) attending a service in a mosque as observers. However, any participation, by action or clothing, should not be a part of the experience.
I would be equally against students attending a Catholic church and being told to genuflect before the "blessed sacrament".
The video seems to give the impression that only a mosque visit was part of the program ... not a synagogue, or Protestant or Catholic Churches.
Sometimes taking legal action is the only way to prevent Christianity being ignored by schools, so I support the parents suing the school district.
