Now that roe is done, do you think SCOTUS can get rid of gay marriage?
I’d like to see it happen, but im not sure SCOTUS will address anything big after the fallout from roe. They’re in damage control mode already.

I hope they do get rid of that abomination, they are in damage control mode right now because it is suspected that the liberal Justice Sotomayer leaked the Roe vs. Wade decision, if true she should be disqualified and thrown out, you can see the evil on her face.

They can because it is just as unconstitutional as Roe vs. Wade, but it most likely won't happen because Reps don't view homosexual unions as a big enough issue to address.

In the 2015 decision granting same sex marriage to all 50 states, this was the dissenting opinion on the ruling.

Roberts wrote that the majority's approach was "deeply disheartening," and he criticized what he considered to be its activism. "Whether same-sex marriage is a good idea should be of no concern to us. Under the Constitution, judges have power to say what the law is, not what it should be," he wrote.

He delved into the history of marriage and wrote that other cases that had changed aspects of marriage - like the Loving case - but none until now had changed its core structure as being between a man and a woman.

The chief justice also suggested that the logic applied by the majority to same-sex marriage might also be employed to defend polygamy, writing, "It is striking how much of the majority's reasoning would apply with equal force to the claim of a fundamental right to plural marriage."

And he, like Thomas, concluded that the majority decision prevented states from acting on same-sex marriage on their own. He predicted, "There will be consequences to shutting down the political process on an issue of such profound public significance. Closing debate tends to close minds."

And Roberts closed with this: "If you are among the many Americans--of whatever sexual orientation--who favor expanding same-sex marriage, by all means celebrate today's decision. Celebrate the achievement of a desired goal. Celebrate the opportunity for a new expression of commitment to a partner. Celebrate the availability of new benefits. But do not celebrate the Constitution. It had nothing to do with it. I respectfully dissent."

The question becomes "What State will challenge the 2015 decision and make a sound argument, like Mississippi did against abortion that will be tossed on the doorstep then accepted by the Supreme Court? "

The Supreme Court doesn't take an issue, wet their finger and stick it the air to see how the wind blows. In all likelihood, the matter is closed. If a case comes before this Supreme Court, it very well might be rejected in the pre hearing process where the court picks and chooses what cases they will hear and decide upon. Should the matter end up before the court ..... the same decision will be reached, the states will decide what to do about the law internally. Just as they've done with Roe v Wade.

Christian marriage is between one man and one woman and is indissoluble! Until death ye part!

why do the homo’s and lesbo’s support reproductive rights (there are none) “abortion” since they cannot reproduce??????

birds of a feather I guess

Gays can't breed (thank God) so they do the next best thing and "marry" each other and adopt babies like these two pervs have done in this McCains Foods TV advert-

There was no "Leak". There was a planned, and executed informational "Test Balloon" that the court purposely let out, to test the waters before publishing their "decision".

But since Homosexual "Marriage" is really nothing more than the formation of "Just another" legal corporation (like any "marriage" is legally) I doubt if they'll have anything to do with it.

we need a web site to black list and boycott all corporations and businesses that support abortion, pride month, etc.

    All the enemies of God!
    All those who oppose Christ!

And a prayer network to obtain their conversion and to make reparation to our God outraged by such abominations!

All those who are not grieved by these things should be ashamed!

It’s time the silent majority was silent NO MORE!!!

I've personally been boycotting all such perverse businesses and stores etc for several years now, heck I even won't watch a film or TV show that pushes a sick agenda..:)
If millions more did it we'd hit them where it hurts- in the pocket..:)

They are putting this filth on kids programming and movies like the new Buzz Lightyear movie.

There is no shame and parents are taking their kids to see these movies and are ok with it.

Then we would have no place to go. I concur with the thought. The reality is that a bare minimum have the courage to advertise and the rest feel they have done no wrong.

Another thing I don't like to see are film "stars" kissing and groping kids in films.
It might all be just innocent in some cases, but then again it might be a sly way of perverted film moguls getting paedophilia onto the screen?-
