I'm going to reveal something here that many of you may not understand at first, but will as time goes by.
God's True Government is a Monarchy. That means The King (Jesus Christ) reiging upon the throne of David in final.
God promised David there would never fail a man to sit upon his throne, the throne of Israel (2 Sam.7).
So this... is what it's all about still today.
The devil still... covets that throne of David, which is the throne which Christ will inherit here on earth when He returns. David's throne is an earthly throne, not a heavenly one. Per the Genesis 10:49 prophecy, one of Judah of the seed of David is to keep that throne ("sceptre") here on earth until... Christ (Shiloh) returns to inherit it.
Those of Judah today that sit upon David's throne on earth dwell in the Christian West. This is why Christ's enemies have tried to destroy the kings and queens of European history. Though they suceeded with some, they have failed in that because God will not allow it.
However, just as with the historical kings and princes of Israel that rebelled and fell away from God, that can still happen with where that throne is today, and is happening. God foretold us about this in His Word. He mentioned how the princes are haughty against Him and His people Israel.
Under the guise of World Socialism, those upon that throne of David today think to bring Christ's Salvation to all peoples and nations upon this earth today. So while they 'think' they are following God's Plan of Salvation by supporting the coming one-world government system, they are actually bending to wishes of the enemies of Christ, being deceived. They apparently are not aware of how those enemies they listen to are actually preparing them, and this world, for the coming of 'their' king, i.e., the false rock.
Just as how all the western European nations are linked to the power of David's throne here on earth, so is the United States of America. The problem is with false one's that plan to sieze that throne of David that's here on earth, and plant their king upon it, most likely in Jerusalem. When that happens we can throw all the various poltical doctrines of today out the window. That is what today's politicians are leading towards today, whether they know it or not.
