Some of the "earmarks" in this bill are funding woke culture projects.... it's protested by a member of Congress towards the end of the video.

The Kennedy center receives millions in the government budget. Smithsonian too.
They omitted a pay raise for themselves. Well why not , when special interests pad their pockets with far more money than a government salary would a lot.
