I realized my appointment was three days late.

I checked my calendar. Last December, I had to wait 32 days for my appointment. Apparently this December I have to wait again.

Usually I only have to wait 27 days. Is this weird or does this happen to all women during weather changes?

I have been tested and they have told me that I have low FSH, but a normal thyroid. They basically said they don't know why.

Stress, lack of sleep, and not enough healthy fat in the diet can cause irregularities in the cycle due to hormone imbalances.

Depending on your age, your estrogen and progesterone levels may be lower than normal. The adrenals will pick up the slack ...they're designed to do this. But if your adrenals are shot due to stress, it can create imbalance. (Ask me how I know! lol)

Yes! It ended up being the same as before. Just really didn't know that was possible.

I call the change "second puberty".
