I think what the Bible is trying to show us is the character of the one who deceived Eve.
I don't believe it would have made any difference at all.
A snake is a snake no matter what clothing (SKIN) it wears.
The thing about the snake though.. it sheds it's skin.
The reason snakes shed their skin is because they are growing.
When the skin becomes too small they shed it.
And they can shed their skin 4 - 12 times in a year.
Consider the dragon.. which was the snake.
Shedding it's skin season after season, growing and growing...
How do you know when you are being deceived?
When and how do you know a sheep is a wolf?
