You can't have two nationalities. You have to decide, do you want to be part of one nation of this passing world or do you want to be part of God's nation? Do you want to belong to this world that will be destroyed, or do you want to be part of the paradise that will never be destroyed?

How can you wave a worldly flag? Tell me, fool, are you proud of something that will pass away? Didn't Jesus say, don't be proud of the perishable but of the eternal? Then answer, why are you proud of your nation?

Truly, every nation will be destroyed. The whole world will be destroyed and only paradise will remain.

You love this world, then perish with this world. Didn't Jesus say that his children do not belong to this world? Then why do you belong to this world?

Truly, the Christian's nation is Christianity, the Christian's flag is the cross, and the Christian's homeland is paradise.

Why are you fighting for your nation? Why do you go to war and fight for something that will perish? Didn't Jesus say that whoever draws the sword will fall by the sword? Then why are you drawing the sword?

Die for the Christian nation, die as a martyr. But not with the sword, but without it, die like an unresisting lamb. Let yourself be beaten, let yourself be killed. Turn the other cheek. Do not resist. For this is how the apostles lived and they are our example.

I like your point of view, and you raise an important subject. Many people seem to have an overly favorable view of their particular nationality or culture, and this causes them to think their nationality or culture is superior. The truth, however, is that we are all equal. Patriotism, or rather nationalism (which is an aggressive form of patriotism), has led to many wars and conflicts throughout the history of humanity such as WWII. If only more people took Galatians 3:28 to heart and recognized it as true, the world would be a much better place. Here is what it says: “There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”

I'm not sure who you are addressing here, however, your words remind me of,

1 Corinthians 7:21 KJV
Art thou called being a servant? care not for it: but if thou mayest be made free, use it rather.

Swords are not the only way.

Much love!
