I've had doubts my entire Christian life. When I was younger, I kept waiting for the moment that I would wake up one morning and find that my doubts were gone. Kind of like having a bad case of the flu and finally waking up to find that the fever has broken and you are getting better. That never happened. But that doesn't mean I'm not a Christian.

I spent many years being tortured by doubt. My faith suffered so much. Then one day I realized that I could live with it. It wasn't a sin to do so. I recently published a free book about this fight with doubt called "iDoubt: When Faith Falters." You can download it free at Smashwords.com. I wrote it with the hope that others who suffer doubt will find solace from others who know just what you are going through.

This seems like a ploy for sympathy in the context of your previous threads making Jesus out to be a monster that frightens people and "sends them to hell." You keep saying that you're a Christian as if it were in question. And of course, it is. I must warn you that God is not mocked and this little display of yours on this forum will only add to your condemnation. You're a sinner in need of repentance and salvation and though my rebuke is harsh because of the fraud you perpetrate, my hope is sincere that you come to your knees in surrender before Christ. In Christ you will be a new creation and the old you will pass away. You won't be afraid of Christ because the peace of Christ will fill your heart.

Please repent of this wickedness. God is merciful to the contrite and remorseful soul that looks to him for salvation.

It's because of Christians like you that I wrote this book. You have no idea what it's like to be human and to have weaknesses. This book is for the Christian who doesn't walk on water, but wants to love God.

Oh, did you realize that the book is Free? Not sure how I'm defrauding people when I'm giving them something free.

The same thing crossed my mind. The initial posts seem to be a pretext to advertise the book. Some people want money, others want attention/validation.

Does doubt doom you? LOL. Doubt just means you have a pulse.

Without doubt there would be no faith.

And some people actually just want to help others.
