In the clip at (2:10-3:40) the Azov commander in the Marioupol steel plant states he has 500 wounded needing medical assistance, with many dead rotting corpses around him, also civilian women and children, the Russians have them out numbered 10/1 with more advanced artillery, tanks, and aircraft, he stated its very realistic Russia will take Mariupol very soon, is this a surrender?

Looks like a surrender, the Azov is #1 target for Putin, many claims of war crimes before and during this current war from this Azov batallion, killing innocent Ethnic Russians, is Putin going to let them go, hope not?
