In the Old Testament prophets condemned these "high places" they were deviations from the worship of Yahweh, (kind of like the "parade" this person in a high place has planned, a obvious desire of worship. In Ephesians 6:12 high places refers to spiritual wickedness, implying a struggle against powerful spiritual forces, Romans 13:1-4 calls for Christians to respect and obey their government, not out of fear of punishment but respect, it does NOT mean to follow blindly any government, but about respect, in reading and STUDYING THE ENTIRE CHAPTER you will see however, it also acknowledges that there may be times when Christians must disobey the government when it commands something violates GOD's law, for there is NO LAW higher than Yahweh's.

The last two nights in the hours after Midnight I've been watching some live streamers covering downtown Los Angeles. They are capturing a lot more on video that the regular news isn't showing.

One guy had a police scanner and it said 150 looters. But the live streamer thought it was more like 250. Through the live chat, they said another live streamer got beaten up some for filming looters. He's ok.

This streamer is local and he'll be out after Midnight live tonight.

So I guess no live streamers tonight.

The mayor said 23 businesses were looted last night. I guess the business owners got after her for allowing this all to go on so long. This is the fifth day.

Some guy said there's 40 police cars near John Hicks so he's trying to go there.
Curfew starts in about one hour.

Just talked to a neighbor to tell her about the curfew downtown since she picks her husband up late.

She said his job let him off early at 8. She also said she saw Homeland Security the other day less than half a block from our apartment building! Also, a block and a half away at the other end of our street.

Going to check out a couple live streamers now as the curfew is in effect. John Hicks thinks protesters won't leave immediately.

I can hear a helicopter or two right now. I'm about two miles from downtown where the curfew is...so something might be happening in my neighborhood.

When I checked my mail, someone had left little papers in Spanish and English on what to say if ICE, etc, stops you.
