As per this forum, although opened to others honestly seeking questions, I would like to ask all those that are "without" as in not of the faith, to not post in this thread. This is for those of the faith to examine ourselves in the faith so that we may remind ourselves so as to be found abiding in Him in His grace. May the Lord help us do this. Amen.1 Corinthians 5: 11But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolator, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat. 12For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within? 13But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person. I know I just joined and the forum is opened to outsiders, by the grace of God, hope to have a likeminded fellowship going. I can only hope for whatever this thread be worth, the Lord would provide whatever growth we may each need in our walk with Him and whatever prunings that hinders that walk of faith... to be seperate from the world. To clear the tares...No catholicism. :naughty:No mentioning of the word sacrament nor calling communion "holy".No performing communion by saying "we come into His presence today..."Communion is to be done in remembrance of Him onlyNo honoring Mary.No more reciting creeds which all have been made from ecumenical format There is not another baptism of the Holy Spirit as evident with tongues. No continual filling of the Spirit as if you leak No slain in the SpiritNo being drunk in the SpiritNo hungering for more of God No more receiving fire or power in physical manifestation of receiving itNo seeking to feel His Presence in the worship place No singing unscriptural hymnals that worships the Holy Spirit or addresses the Holy Spirit to come or to fall on them No praying to the Holy Spirit There is no commitment of man to Christ nor the commitment of man to follow Christ. No Promise KeepersNo boast of man in the fleshNo identity with the works of the Law No practising or sowing to the works of the flesh Anymore dead works that deny Him by words and deeds? --------------------------------------------------------------By this, our walk of faith with Jesus is more on trusting Him to do His work in us and through us as we sow to the Spirit as opposed to sowing to the flesh. We trust Him as Our Good Shepherd to lead us and guide us in the way we ought to go as we trust Him in having saved us and sealed us as His so that we may rest in Him. :study:This is His Covenant to us. The world cannot see that unless we decrease in bearing testimony of ourselves or anything else so that they may see our faith in Him and all His promises to us.... thus the just shall live by faith. :sign:All those like-minded in Christ, feel free to post to continue the edification.
