Every Christian, new or long time, delights continually in the truth that God's love is unconditional.
Salvation, however, is very much conditional - on condition, according to Jesus Himself, that we repent from sin (Luke 13:5 KJV).
This in no way renders our "faith alone" Gospel insufficient -- BECAUSE FAITH ALONE IS SUFFICIENT.
The problem is many have "faith" but not saving faith - faith established by anything and everything except the Bible.
Therefore, the question we must ask is: "How do I know that my faith is Biblical faith?"
Biblical faith always produces repentance (1 John 2:3-4 KJV) (James 2:14-18 KJV).
