Fake MK-Ultra spin-off criminals

We as Christians will be on the lookout for mk-ultra like spin-offs. You should report certain crimes that are greivess in nature to authorities.

From attempted murder, intentional drugging, attempted kidnapping, vicious abuse, also serial crimes, forced labor, false imprisonment and false witness. Crimes arising from fear promotion which can include laws derived from fear, terror crimes promoting fear also.

Using the mental health system illegally against victims, drugged victims, abused victims, etc. Using the medical system against people, which includes harming victims with knock off and improvised directed energy weapons.

It has been brought to my attention that directed energy weapon perpetrators have been around for a long time. The "we too" movement had a type of reporting system that might be used for such similar reports of victimizers running fake CIA underground criminal networks.

I browsed the video selection and found numerous "how to" videos demonstrating such improvised devices. The use of such devices is highly illegal and can amount to attempted murder at a minimum.

Figuring out where, when and who fired the assault weapon can also be difficult to assess. So please don't respond to an individual themselves as confronting a murderer, or having the wrong suspect, will amount to your arrest. Please let the authorities handle the criminal arrests.

Even if they cannot immediately respond, at least a report was filed, which, if something should happen to you, an anchor to the assault has been filed and eventually the murderer will be caught.

In my case, and thousands of others, targeting has gone on for decades by neighbors, "law enforcement ", and military. It is part of their punishment/retaliation for breaking their programming.

They know where I go and when ...they (police) follow me, and then drive up in my driveway, sit for a bit, and then turn and leave ....or they pull me over just to intimidate me (no tickets or reason for a ticket).

I feel no need or desire to report to them what they already know and participate in. My defense is in God. They know they can't do more than God allows.

Sorry you are having difficulty. Often the predators that use satanic or stealthy methods learn evasion, detection avoidance, undetectable drugging of the victim, etc.

The vast majority are stalkers, predators, taking painful steps to watch a victim illegally so they can suppress them and avoid being caught.

Another area is motive. Please be careful consider the following if you want:

From hate, to jealousy, toying with a victim like bullying for laughter as sadistic fun.

Some more dangerous areas are suppressing a possible witness to a crime. Some crimes are more serious than others. They may use the mental health system and medical system after drugging a victim to make them appear unbelievable in public. Like an abduction or rape victim.

Drug and gang member groups are quite often the suspects in such cases, as they have Satanist affiliate areas.

But I would not rule out the odd perpetrator that does not fit into that category like the anti-christian and other.

Sometimes hiring a private investigator team or getting help from that type of professional or a good security professional team is best.

Never handle things confronting a suspect on your own or with loved ones as that can lead to problems.

Always report serious incidents to authorities so there are logged incidents.

If a serious incident event happens that activates a criminal investigation, the authorities will have more information to investigate with.

Thank you, Devin. But this simply doesn't apply to my situation nor any SRA/MK survivor. When you say "spin-off" you're probably referring to individuals who use some lower level tactics, but aren't connected to any actual MK which is government-based.
