On fox news Zelensky said he is ready to sign a deal, but he said Ukraine needs security, the Ukrainian people want to know the US is on their side and he wants the USA to make Ukraine secure. That's wishful thinking as that is worse than Ukraine being part of Nato. The US wouldn't be there like we don't want Russia or China in our back yard.
Trump is smart, security guarantee is a closer step towards US and Europe in hot war with Russia

US has decided no more money for Ukraine unless they agree to a peace deal. Blank checks whatever that means
Trump did tell Zelenski they will fight it out on their own, if Ukraine dose not seek peace.
Ukraine is like a collapsing stock in a market, always headed down, till it bottoms.
UK Starmer pledges UK troops to Ukraine, but also says US must be a backstop.
Now since UK is a NATO member, what happens if Russia decides UK are combatants in the war and of course US is also Nato member, see it is getting dicey.
Trump may decide to pull US out of NATO to keep us from entering a war with Russia. Trump has already said NATO is delinquent and obsolete

"Pledges" troops. That won't go over well. Sending troops to fight in a foreign war with no end game for withdrawal and no dog in the fight to win. I don't think the military will go along with it.

This woman supported Zelenski until 2022 when she realized how corrupt the Ukranian government is and made a hard turn around.

I saw that too. They will not agree, and no doubt Trump will sell some arms to Ukraine to put a thumping on Russia. Trump just found out that Russia cannot be trusted, just like in the cold war days.Ukraine will not accept any offered peace terms.

Back in the day, Kings would sometimes remove entire populations from lands, solving never ending warfare or kill so many people causing combatants to disperse far away, so no one is left to fight anymore.
God charged Israel to utterly defeat the peoples of the lands to the death they were to inherit, and they failed.
And it caused a lot of problems later.
I think wars are judgments of God, God is going to do something different. He sets their times and borders and seasons of the nations at His will as Acts 17 describes. He shakes the heaven and the earth to make changes.
