Started carnivore again with my husbabd at the beggining of April. Am down to 204.6 lbs. Love the ease of weight loss on the diet.

Ive been going to the gym to strength train 1 to 2x a week. Pushup count is up to 4. Would like to challenge myself to do one pullup.

My hair is falling out due to postpartum right now. Thankfully, my hair was pretty thick to begin with.

Sometimes to get results you have to be willing to do what you haven't done before.

My husband and I started carnivore in April. He's lost 40 pounds so far. I've lost 10.

I've always wanted dramatically long hair. For the next few months I'll be following my husband's hair advice:
Comb it out from the roots every day.

His mother and sister have hip length hair so Im willing to give it a try.

You should start seeing your hair and skin getting healthier soon. Are you doing high fat carnivore? Are you following any youtube channels? Kelly Hogan is a good one to follow. Also, Rebekah Heishman, and Steak and Butter Gal.

You should start seeing your hair and skin getting healthier soon. Are you doing high fat carnivore? Are you following any youtube channels? Kelly Hogan is a good one to follow. Also, Rebekah Heishman, and Steak and Butter Gal.
We try to prioritize fat in the diet. I got a recipe or two from Steak and Butter gal. We started April 1st. My skin and hair have already improved.

I haven't heard of Rebekah Heishman. I like carnivore youtube channels so I might look these channels up.

I'm not a pro. I have learned cmto much cardio makes you super hungry and sugar makes you hungry. Fruit is healthy sugarin moderation. Green tea and certain moods are metabolism boosters and really help. I'm at the opposite end. I really need to gain weight. I'm trying so hard. I eat. It just doesn't stay. I'm so scrawny. I need muscle. My doctor said I need more muscle tissue to support my small bones. Pre and prohibits are good too.
