Flexibility

I'm finding in my old age that it is helpful to be flexible. If someone needs you to do something at 11:00, and you normally eat lunch at 11:00, you can always eat lunch at 10:30. You don't have to say, "Sorry, I can't help you - I eat lunch at 11:00."
