So no Biden cannot just release even more hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants from custody into the USA with no court date set for their status.
Even if the judge had not ruled, illegal migrants seeking entry to the US from central and south America and the Caribbean could not be legally released into the US.

The order prevents the federal government from enacting a new policy in which illegal migrants would be released from custody without a court date or means for authorities to track them.

Two more weeks of thumb twiddling by the Feds. Rules for Asylum state clearly, one wishing asylum MUST apply in the first nation they arrive in !
