I have a long college essay on the names of the members in the Godhead, but here is the short form. Unless you have a Sacred Names Bible the names of the Godhead are not in your Bible.

The name of God the Father and the tetragrammaton of His name has long since been removed and replaced with the words God or Lord in your Old Testament. At one time Yahweh's name was in the Old Testament 6,800....all gone.

The name of God the Son was never in the New Testament. Ἰησοῦς is what appears in the New Testament for God the Son's name. It is not a name but rather a Greek word that means healer. Of course Yeshua's mom would not name her Son with a Greek word that means healer. (FYI Yeshua's mom's name is Miriam, not Mary.) Yeshua was a common name and appeared in the Old Testament, but when they replaced all the Y's with J's it appears in your Bible as Joshua. No one knows for sure where the name Jesus came from it just appeared in the 17th century.

The first prints of the King James used the Latin word Iesus for Yeshua's name and then shifted to the name Jesus. The name Jesus cannot be directly translated from anything....But some contend it is a translation of Iesus, which is a translation of the Greek word Ἰησοῦς or Iēsous into Latin, which is possible because the Latin can be translated different ways and Iesus was popular for centuries and appeared in many middle age texts.

Yes I am aware and did research on these things there is an argument with YHWH vs YHVH no man knows as there were no vowels. For myself I lean towards YHVH. My research on the Greek NT was the fact that Greeks had no letters to make the "sh" sound plus they had way prior had the Old Testament Septuagint with the names already assigned. The Greek definition of the name Jesus in my concordance says 3 Israelite men.. I agree the Latin used the Greek. The name Yeshua in the Aramaic NT is the same exact spelling as Hebrew. Yeshua' name is used in Aramaic to English NT Bible I have a copy. Yeshua spoke Aramaic the same Language as Abraham.
