Not really into foraging but some of my family are so I am going to pick some onion weed and see what it's like as a substitute for the real thing...you can also slice them up thinly and add them to butter like a mild garlic butter. Add them to soups and salad.
Caution: "onion weed" has a triangular stem.

Snow drops look similar to onion weed but do not have triangular stems and they can be poisonous if eaten which include- drooling, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, incoordination, drop in blood pressure and heart rate and seizures.

@Angelina Must be an absorbing hobby, especially if regulations allow one to pick the flower species for collections....
