TOPIC : *SPIRITUAL UNDERSTANDING*
Baruch Spinoza said "The highest activity a human being can attain is learning for understanding, because to understand is to be free." It is your understanding that makes you outstanding. Anywhere you see an outstanding individual, be it in marriage, firm, business, and ministry, it is because understanding is in place. Nothing flourishes without it.
*Proverbs 21:17*
A man who wanders from the way of understanding will rest in the assemble of the dead.
That is, a man without spiritual understanding is not different from a dead person. The person is physically alive but everything around him or her is dead. For more clarifications, God said "They do not know, nor do they understand; they walk about in darkness...but you shall die like ordinary men, and fall like one of the princes, Psalm 82:5&7.
Spiritual ignorance is a form of death.
Therefore, do not be unwise(foolish), but understand what the will of the Lord is, Ephesians 5:17. God is interested in His relationship and communication with you while you are here on earth. You need to settle down with God's word so as to understand Him. The knowledge and understanding of God is not just information in your head. No sir/ma. God is referring to depth understanding of His mystery, Mark 4:11. Serious spiritual approach to acquiring spiritual knowledge. So shall you find favour and *good understanding* in the sight of God and man, Proverbs 3:4. Hallelujah!
Nothing guarantees outstanding result like understanding. Every knowledge acquire with understanding will speak in the future.
*Practical steps to take*
Sit down with God's word and study as your life and destiny depends on Him. This kind of understanding cannot come until you devote your TIME. Sir/Ma, it takes time to know God. It is good you make your children understand God early. Invest your quality time in the quest to know this God. Proverbs:4:7
Also, attend church services and bible study which is weekly activities at your various place of worship.
I see you flourishing in life by spiritual understanding. Amen
