Ephesians 3:1-5,
- how that by revelation He made known unto me the mystery as I wrote afore in few words
- Whereby when ye(You, not someone else) read ye(You, not someone else)
may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ
Paul is telling You, that what was once a mystery God has revealed it to Paul, and through Paul's teaching he is able to reveal to us what once was a mystery but no longer.
- which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto His holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit
Gods word assures us that it can be understood by You, so much so that God even commands us to learn it!
God expects us to know His will,
Ephesians 5:17,
- Wherefore be ye(You) not unwise but understanding what the will of the Lord is
Conclusion:
Do you think God would give us a book containing His will for us, command us to read and understand it and then make it too difficult to understand?
Note: Remember the words of Paul and believe them!
Do not be deceived when men try to convince you that you cannot rightly divide Gods word. That only their church can give the true interpretation of the Scriptures.
2Timothy 2:15,
- study to shew thyself approved unto God a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth
John 17:17,
- Sanctify them through thy truth thy word is truth
