Mayflower,
Should we decide on the same version, or keep it interesting and use our own choice of version?

Best thing in a group is you share your thoughts. Read the version you are most comfortable with and share your input!!!! Also a lot of private studies you can do also.

I'm under Nancy Nappo :) Going to peek at the plans after replying to some in boxes :D

Sent you a request. :)

We can take turns picking a plan if yall want to continue. We can start of with small ones. They have 3 day to 365 day plans. For groups, I think the smaller ones starting off with would be nice. I can find one and invite yall. If anyone else wants to join, we can add them also... let the CBrs get excited about just learning about God again (speaking of me. Since changing churches been a revival in me lately it seems)

It is a study about the woman at the well. The sample looked really good.

How do you want to do this, @Mayflower ? Do you want to start a new post in Bible Study when you find a study and have questions or have everyone share their thoughts about it for the day, etc? :) Looks like you're leading!

Might take a day or two to get everyone onboard first.

Thanks, Nancy! I got your request and added you. :D

If anyone else wants to find me they can find me under: peachkiss87. Same picture.

I didn't realize you could search by username lol

Yes, I'm trying to figure out stuff on the site. It will be so nice to have an actual bible study together with my sisters and, even bro's if they so wish...?
Looking forward to it but now, @Mayflower has to work her magic and lead this!
Hint, hint :D

Perhaps, we could do a group in box to discuss what verses we all read? It would be easier, I think, to have a thread on the bible study forum.

I think that could work very well, or even a poll. An easier alternative might just be to let Mayflower pray about it and decide herself... No pressure. LOL But that's usually how it would go and it keep it from being overcomplicated.

I have experience managing these kinds of things, @Mayflower ... If you get overwhelmed, let me know, and I'll gladly help.

Coming back because I forgot, one thing I will suggest is to allot one week for every three day period for a study.

For example, if you start your study on whatever day of the week you choose, you'll probably want a three-day study to last a week, or a 21-day study might take three months.

That's because you're going to want a couple of days or so in between each reading passage, either for discussion or for people to catch up because people will have school, kids, work, etc. It just gives some wiggle room and will let you breathe!

Yes, good idea. I have no children but, it takes me time to really concentrate so I have to read verses several times, kind of like a lot of the posts on here, lol.
