It all began with 3 runaways from the great British empire. Wanted fugitives of their traveling armies: the Spanish.
George Washington became renown for inventing the drill method for releasing demons from witches, wizards, sorcerers, soothsayers, gainsayers, and all manner of Halloween dark spirits.
Which, incidentally evolved into the Frankenstein neck bolt shock method. He found it more convenient to install bolts in the witches neck, so the next time she was found soothsaying at him during his sleep he could more easily afix the lemon-penny-nickel battery couple device for pushing out the halloween spirit. He found the drill method led to gainsaying far too often.
Meanwhile when the British armada arrived they found the wanted poster carved into mount Rushmore, only to find the perpetrators had vanished.
When they arrived at Benjamin Franklin's white mansion they found him near the cherry orchard in a wind storm, flying a kite high in the air.
They drew their muskets and demanded the key to the first bank which also unlocked the city gates. He replied, it's up on the kite.
As they looked up they failed to notice Abraham Lincoln had placed the final cut with his mighty ax into the cherry tree, toppling all the cherries on the ground around the Spaniards feet.
It was unfortunately at that moment that the Spanish took hold of the kite string, old George let go.
When suddenly a massive lighting bolt struck the key and down came the lighting and shocked the Spanish troops. Slipping on the cherries, old George, Benjamin and Abraham tied them up with the kite coord.
And that is how the west was won.
