You are loved sister . but this did not come from GOD . I never seen Him act goofy anywhere in the bible .And that was just a random I love you, but that's what He uses to help calm me down. Honestly, the fact that many people (including me at one time) are afraid of Him is beyond me. He's been nothing but kind, gentle, loving, nuturing, and soothing towards me ever since I developed a personal relationship with Him. Hence why I started writing the Rock God series to show His true self. :) He's also really goofy at times too lol and He just told me it takes a goofball to know one.
This sounds more like its in your own head . Dont get offended . But since i love you i had to tell you .
As for fear , even at the mere sight of Christ paul fell off his own horse and was made blind .
I invite you to really dig into the bible again . Now be encouraged its not an attack . You know i love you .
If we want to see the true image of GOD , i invite us to read the gospels . JESUS told phillip
IF you have seen ME you have seen the Father . SO why do you say show me the father .
Learn that JESUS real well . Let that JESUS be molded into your heart and mind . May the LORD richly bless you my dear sister
with that version . Learn also , very well , the letters of the apostles . For they too had the mind of Christ .

I was more thinking about the part where if something is uncertain to just leave it alone, and God will make it clear.
As far as audible voice from God, no, maybe only a couple of times. Special cases. My conversations with God are more on the quiet side. But there's not a moment's doubt that's Who I'm conversing with. God's humor is spectacular! Mine is often dry, His is parched!
I think once we get used to the idea that we can have conversations with our Creator, doubt stops blocking us. We can test everything against the Bible, and as we actually get to know Him, personally, then it's like you say, we get the personal sense of Him that He truly does love us, and delights in us, and wants to have fun with us.
There's nothing we can't say, and when I ask Him things, He pretty much always answers me. Sometimes not.
I've learned to not be troubled about things I don't understand. He gives understanding so much, when He doesn't, I know there's gotta be a reason.

It took about 14-15 years for a man's prophecy over for me as a teenager to come true. It was that I would have a visitation, hear into the spirit realm, lead people in worship in the town where I only came because I was homeless(!!!) and I was born here - never came here besides passing through, and at the end I would be rewarded for it. In his words, "Don't ever worry about not having anything..."
Okay, but sometimes we aren't ready to be blessed. Too much blessing without rooted faith in the Word can destroy us and make us evil and worldly. God rewards those who seek Him wholeheartedly with an honest heart.
Everything else besides the last two parts have happened. We're just not there yet. That's okay, I'm simmering and basking in God's sunshine without anything.. Iol. That makes him my everything!
The point is everything took an extremely long time, stretched out to fulfill itself in years. God does not care about our sense of time. He cares about fulfilling his purpose in his way- to His glory.
*One day is with the Lord as a thousand years - That is, in one day, in one moment he can do the work of a thousand years. Therefore he is not slow: he is always equally ready to fulfill his promise. And a thousand years are as one day - That is, no delay is long to God. A thousand years are as one day to the eternal God."
Moral of the story: Putting it out there as PSA, so you don't struggle as much with doubt later, if God says He will do something, he will do it, and don't get discouraged if prophecies are not immediate. He simply does not care what men think." The wisdom of this world is foolishness to God." He does not care how things look or how long they take- he is simply wiser than all of us.

Oh this isn't an audible voice so much as a different voice that doesn't sound like mine or my own thoughts inside my head. Although, I have heard His audible voice a couple of times as well as Satan's once and that actually terrified me.
Thankfully I already knew to banish him in the name of Jesus and I never heard from him again. I agree with everything that you said though and I already know that He loves me as I am His princess and He already told me so. @amigo de christo used the argument "it isn't in the Bible so it can't be so" yet if everything about God was written in the Bible it would be a LOT thicker. Another message from the Lord; BELIEVE. Simply just believe and we will witness His wonders.
It's actually sort of interesting that you say that because God tried talking to me a year before I actually was able to understand Him. It's all because I had this stupid belief that He wasn't talking aloud in the way I wanted Him to that it wasn't really happening and He wasn't really real. He explained that He only started talking to me when I was willing to listen and there was a point and time in my life when I wasn't. Also,.. I just wanted to dedicate this song to Him,... my best friend.
Btw, Ducky I'll watch your video once I get back from my walk or bike ride. :)

When I was little. I had a vision of Heaven that involved talking to Jesus. I used to do stuff all of the time... Like I was probably 6-7, maybe younger, and my mom and my step-dad were fighting and I knew that I had to bring my mom the Bible and show her a verse. It was the one about better to live on the rooftop than with a nagging housewife. She quieted down after that. Just little things like that all of the time.
I got really hurt as a teen, in big ways, and since everyone called me a "psychic", I clung onto that idea and went in the wrong direction as a form of escapism. But God wasn't having it and took back what was his!
"What do you think? If a man owns a hundred sheep, and one of them wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go to look for the one that wandered off?"

April we aren't supposed to just trust spirits even if they appear to be God to us. In fact there is only one way to know if it's God's spirit and that is if it comes with fruits of the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23) notably Peace and Love. Otherwise we might be getting a false spirit:
1 John 4:1
“Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.”
The best advice here is to wait and see if this spirit is speaking the truth. If not that ignore it.
This is not entirely true. Abraham's son wasn't sacrifice as commanded, the Israelite's that fled Egypt weren't destroyed as God told Moses, and I'm sure there's more. But the bible is a small history and non exclusive of Gods word.
Hold on guys,.. I had to take a break from the video,.. but I do believe the mystery has been SOLVED as He said it would be.
As far as the Bible being the entire word of God, then I would ask about the mystery being made known:
