The body is a wonderful gift from our loving God.

Although some heart symptoms may need attention from a licensed physician, including emergency medical services, I suspect the vast majority do not. Please ask a doctor regarding any heart symptoms and a good doctor trained properly will provide healthy direction. If necessary call emergency services. Make sure that number is available to your family.

Proper direction from God is adequate, together with our protector and source of healing, Jesus the Christ.

When the body is injured to whatever extent, including toxins of radiation, chemical or biological sources it reacts in various ways.

To name the basic for this witness, there is immune response so that the body can fight off a foreign entity, which may be Electromagnetic waves of a certain intensity, density and wavelength energy. Also biological forms, like foreign objects (classic example is a sliver), virus and bacteria, also chemical which can include atoms, molecules and other toxins that are not meant for the body.

We all enjoy a good healthy meal and enjoyable drink provided by our loving creator and redeemer God. Some of us have specific allergies to foods and such. But most enjoy the common nutritious sources.

The last item witnessed is any form of injury to the body. That can cause an adrenaline response if the injury is of a sufficient level to cause that reaction. A fight or flight response may also be the immediate reaction. God is the good God and provides good love that casts out fear if he desires and sees it good for us as a caring Father. He desires to bless us all.

Too much adrenaline or injury can cause shock, there are medical and first responder articles which should be conducted by those in authority in our local communities. Including rendering first aid for serious injuries as well as CPR cardio pulmonary recessitating for those assessed to have no response, including not breathing and no heart rhythm. You can call your local fire department for information on where classes are held.

As to injury that causes adrenaline, there are other items in life that can cause that, too little physical activity and exercise while under heavy stress in life too survive. God can provide peace in life and grace for our daily needs. It is important to have solutions to problems in life and God and his children can certainly help with that. And when appropriate engage in work to achieve those solutions. I do not desire to dwell on problems as I find it not good. Instead I turn to our Lord and service, including caring for and achieving my daily needs. What father would supply stone to those that desire bread?

Most often he desires service to him and his family and potential family, including our own family. And blesses us much while we honor him that way, including regularly attending church services in our communities. We visit and care for those that cannot.

The fight or flight response can happen when encountering a real life threatening condition. Our adrenaline is important as our bodies are supplied with extra strength to fight or escape, evade dangers. Runners and such call this their second wind, a boost that allows us to sprint across the finish line.

A good workout is a good method of releasing toxins in the nerves and muscles out of our bodies that alleviate non-life threatening injuries that cause adrenaline and Electromagnetic nerve conduction.

Thurough muscle group exercise is good. The more we sweat in peaceful time, the better we are ready to face emergency situations.

Thank you, and may God bless us all as he continues his mission to save mankind.
