"and the filthy devil was thrown into the Whirlpool where there is scolding hot water and bleach and he will be churned and churned"

What do you think?

1 John 4:9-10

9 In this way the love of God was revealed to us, that God sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. (Eternal life)

10 In this is love: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins.

also

"God hath made Jesus to be sin for us"

"Jesus is the one time.....ETERNAL SACRIFICE.....for sin".

Also.

Jesus said...>"all that believe in me, i give unto you eternal life and you shall never perish"

It's not remotely the same thing. The devil will be incinerated, POOF, gone....not washed.

Nah. He'll be refined and transformed into perfection. That's what Revelation 14:10 is describing.

No, that is not what will happen.

The devil will be destroyed.

Heb_2:14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

Even the devil will be destroyed.

Eze 28:18 Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.
Eze 28:19 All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.

He will be devoured by fire, turned to ashes and shall never exist anymore. That's Annihilation.

Revelation 14:10 says the devil will be "tormented" with "brimstone" in the presence of Jesus.

The YLT translation reads a bit differently with regard to some of the other verses you shared.

Hebrews 2:14 YLT
Seeing, then, the children have partaken of flesh and blood, he himself also in like manner did take part of the same, that through death he might destroy him having the power of death -- that is, the devil --

Here's another reason that I believe that Jesus will save Satan.

One, Satan is doing exactly what God created him to do.

Two, a good tree cannot bear bad fruit. Satan came from God. Jesus will save and transform Satan just as Jesus transforms the rest of us because Jesus is GREAT! What greater demonstration of God's glory is there than to turn Satan into a holy worshipper of God the Father? As Jesus said, the gates of Hell will NOT prevail. Satan too will eventually capitulate.

At first, but thee other scriptures affirm he will be destroyed.

That doesn't differ with the other translation. The devil will be destroyed, but you claim something opposite will happen.

This still contradicts scripture. We are told the devil will be destroyed, not saved or perfected.

I believe that the devil will be "destroyed" in that he will no longer be the devil just like your body and mine will be destroyed in order for us to be transformed.

If you are taking about those raptured, the bodies aren't destroyed and definitely not thrown into fire, but the bodies are changed.

There is no scripture that says satan will be "fixed". He will suffer the fate of the wicked, to be destroyed. You should ask yourself why you are an apologist for satan.

How John may have written Revelation 20:10 if he were writing it today

The holy scriptures were inspired by an eternal God not constrained by “time”.

God said what he wanted to say through John precisely the way he wanted it said for yesterday, today, and forever.

So living in the LOF is saved? Sounds like they are still lost, for the known future. You can believe and make up stuff 24/7. That is called fiction, and people will still read fiction, until a different reality is forced on people, and fiction is no longer applicable.
